Authenticated script execution via stored Short Name

Stored XSS in Rukovoditel 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser via a crafted Short Name. The Add New Field function stores Short Name input and renders it without effective output neutralization, causing an injected HTML event handler to execute. Fields Configuration access and a victim who views the stored value are required; the script runs with the victim's browser privileges.
