Stored cross-site scripting in Rukovoditel 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary script in another user's browser. The Entities Groups Add flow accepts a crafted Name value and later renders it as active HTML without neutralizing executable markup. An authenticated attacker must save the payload and a victim must view the affected content, enabling actions or data access within the victim's web session.
