Administrator creation via forged Add request

Cross-site request forgery in Bosscms 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to add an administrator through the Administrator List Add function. The Add workflow accepts a forged state-changing request from an authenticated administrator's browser and creates the supplied administrative account. Exploitation requires that authenticated browser to submit the forged request, after which the attacker gains a new administrator account.
