Super Administrator creation via CSRF

Cross-site request forgery in MetInfo 7.7 allows remote attackers to add a Super Administrator account through the Administrator List. The Administrator List processes a forged state-changing request that adds a Super Administrator account. An administrator must be induced to visit attacker-controlled content; successful requests create a privileged account, enabling takeover of administrative functions.
