CSV injection in SourceCodester Event Registration App 1.0 allows attackers to execute code when a malicious CSV export is opened in Excel. The CSV export writes formula-prefixed First Name, Contact, and Remarks values without neutralization, causing Excel to interpret them as formulas. Execution requires a user to export the stored registration data and open the resulting CSV in Excel; no authentication requirement is published.
