Daemon crash via NULL SNMP SET varbind

NULL pointer dereference in Net-SNMP 5.8 through 5.9.3 allows remote attackers with SNMP write access to crash snmpd via UDP. handle_ipDefaultTTL dereferences requests->requestvb->val.integer when an SNMP SET varbind for ipDefaultTTL carries ASN_NULL, leaving val as NULL. SNMP write access to the ipDefaultTTL object is required; successful exploitation terminates the daemon with a segmentation fault.
