Argument injection in Siemens SIMATIC WinCC OA allows remote authenticated users to start Ctrl scripts through its Ultralight web client. The web interface forwards attacker-controlled startup parameters to the Ultralight Client backend without neutralizing argument delimiters. An existing account is required; injected parameters can open attacker-chosen panels under that account or start a Ctrl script.
