Elevation of privilege in Microsoft Windows CSRSS allows local users to gain SYSTEM privileges after running code on an affected host. Microsoft has not disclosed the CSRSS code path, memory operation, or attacker-controlled input responsible for the privilege-boundary failure. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and high-complexity conditions; success grants SYSTEM-level control over confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
