SYSTEM code execution via out-of-bounds service write

Out-of-bounds write in Trend Micro Apex One 14.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM through a crafted service request. The Unauthorized Change Prevention service writes past the end of an allocated data structure when it processes the crafted request. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on an affected Windows endpoint, and successful exploitation grants SYSTEM privileges.
