Authenticated local file read via unsafe JDBC parameters
Published Jan 31, 2023 · Updated Mar 27, 2025
Improper input validation in Apache Linkis 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read local files through a JDBC URL. DatasourceManager accepts allowLoadLocalInfile=true in attacker-supplied MySQL Connector/J parameters, enabling a rogue MySQL server to request local file contents. Exploitation requires Linkis credentials and control of a MySQL server, and it exposes files readable by the Linkis service account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
