Authenticated code execution via unsanitized upload path

Path traversal in Apache Fineract 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a file upload. FileSystemContentRepository wrote the request-derived fileLocation directly to disk without normalizing it or verifying that the target remained beneath the tenant's .fineract storage root. A valid Fineract account and access to an upload API are required; on typical filesystem-backed deployments, a crafted path can place attacker-controlled content where the server executes it.
