Administrator-level stored XSS via admin settings
Published Aug 10, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Catalyst Connect Zoho CRM Client Portal 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via admin settings. Public advisories attribute the flaw to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in those settings, but do not identify the affected field or code locus. Administrator-level access is required, and injected scripts execute when another user opens an affected page; exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
