IP address spoofing in SolidWP Solid Security 9.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt HTTP service through forged proxy headers. The Automatic (Insecure) IP-detection mode accepts client-supplied proxy headers in a predetermined order without verifying that a trusted proxy set them. The mode must be enabled; spoofed addresses bypass IP-based bans and lockouts, allowing abusive request traffic to continue unchecked.
