CVE-2022-44574Network attack vector

Unauthenticated property modification via RCServlet

Published Mar 10, 2023 · Updated Feb 28, 2025

Improper authentication in Ivanti Avalanche 6.3.x and earlier allows remote attackers to modify server properties through RCServlet. RCServlet exposes property-setting functionality without first authenticating the requester. Network access to the Remote Control Server is sufficient to change its properties, while no code execution or service interruption is established.
