Sensitive-memory disclosure via out-of-bounds file read
Published Dec 19, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Illustrator 2022 26.5.1 and earlier and Illustrator 2023 27.0 and earlier allows attackers to disclose memory. Adobe has not published the affected parser or the unchecked length or offset operation that reads beyond its intended memory boundary. Exploitation requires a victim to open a malicious file, and the exposed memory can weaken ASLR without changing data or interrupting the application.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
