Local code execution via unchecked buffer copy

A buffer overflow in OpenHarmony 3.0 through 3.0.6 and 3.1 through 3.1.2 allows local users to execute code or crash applications. The startup_appspawn appspawn and nwebspawn services insufficiently validate malicious application input before copying it into a bounded buffer. Execution requires an unprivileged malicious application on the device and can cross application boundaries or terminate a targeted application.
