Unrestricted file upload in Purchase Order Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through the system settings endpoint. The update_settings handler accepts .php files in the img and cover multipart fields, stores them under uploads, and leaves them web-accessible for PHP execution. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful exploitation grants code execution in the web server context.
