Authenticated code execution via unrestricted vendor-logo upload

Arbitrary file upload in rConfig 3.9.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by submitting a crafted PHP vendor logo. The /lib/crud/vendors.crud.php handler accepts a vendorLogo upload with a .php extension and stores it under the web-accessible /images/vendor path without blocking executable content. Valid application credentials are required; requesting the uploaded script then runs attacker-supplied commands in the web server's security context.
