Buffer over-read in Lenovo ThinkPad X13s BIOS before 1.47 allows local users with elevated privileges to disclose information. The PersistenceConfigDxe driver reads beyond a buffer boundary, but Lenovo has not published the affected function or input controlling the read length. Exploitation requires elevated local access, and the published impact is limited to disclosure of data read beyond the intended buffer.
