Local interpreter crash via unchecked sprintf output

Heap buffer overflow in PicoC 3.2.2 allows local users to crash the interpreter by running a crafted C source file. When a parsed function call invokes sprintf, StdioOutPutc treats a negative StrOutLen as unbounded and advances StrOutPtr after each byte without checking the destination allocation. Execution of the crafted source through PicoC is required; the demonstrated result is a one-byte heap out-of-bounds write followed by interpreter abort.
