Memory disclosure and process crash via non-element closure

Out-of-bounds read in html2xhtml 1.3 allows attackers to read process memory or crash the converter via a crafted HTML file. The elm_close function treats non-element nodes, including comment nodes, as elements and accesses their element-only contenttype data without first validating the node type. Exploitation requires the crafted file to be processed, and demonstrated frameset inputs terminate the process with SIGSEGV; no data modification is reported.
