SQL injection via unescaped order ID
Published Nov 30, 2022 · Updated Apr 24, 2025
SQL injection in Sanitization Management System v1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via the order assignment endpoint. The assign_team.php handler inserts the id query parameter into a database query without adequate neutralization, enabling crafted SQL such as updatexml to read database values. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator session; successful injection can disclose, modify, or disrupt database-backed records.
