CVE-2022-44283Public exploit

Control-flow overwrite via output-folder stack overflow

Published Nov 28, 2022 · Updated Apr 25, 2025

Stack overflow in AVS Audio Converter 10.3 allows local users to overwrite control data through a crafted output-folder value. The Output Folder field accepts more than 260 bytes and overwrites nSEH, SEH, and ESI values adjacent to its stack buffer.
