Converter crash via recursive PDF filter parsing

Stack overflow in pdftojson commit 94204bb allows attackers to crash the converter by supplying a crafted PDF file. While parsing the file, Stream::addFilters repeatedly resolves nested filter objects through Parser::makeStream and reenters itself until Stream::makeFilter exhausts the process stack. Processing the malicious PDF is required, and the published AddressSanitizer trace establishes process termination rather than code execution.
