Password theft via stored API-supplied JavaScript

Stored XSS in Simmeth Lieferantenmanager before 5.6 allows remote authenticated users to steal passwords through a crafted API request. The InsertQueryWithActiveRelationsReturnId endpoint stores an unneutralized HTML event-handler payload in a database field and later renders it in another user's browser. A victim must load the affected page; the resulting script can read encrypted passwords from browser local storage and expose cleartext passwords carried in API requests.
