Authenticated access bypass via static public-hash secret

Improper authentication in Pandora FMS 764 allows remote authenticated users to bypass an authentication check with valid session data. The generatePublicHash function derives its public hash from a static secret, so valid session data can satisfy checks intended to establish identity. Exploitation requires knowledge of a valid session and user interaction, and it can expose or alter protected information without interrupting service.
