Credential disclosure via plaintext Kubernetes objects

Cleartext credential storage in Rancher 2.5.0 through 2.5.16, 2.6.0 through 2.6.9, and 2.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to read secrets. Rancher stores secret tokens, encryption keys, SSH keys, and other sensitive cluster fields directly in plaintext Kubernetes Cluster and ClusterTemplateRevision objects exposed by two management API endpoints. Cluster Owners, Cluster Members, Project Owners, and Project Members can retrieve the objects, and the resulting impact is bounded by the permissions of each disclosed credential.
