Access modification via state-changing GET endpoints

Cross-site request forgery in Apache Superset 1.5.2 and earlier and 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to modify access via crafted requests. The legacy /superset/approve and /superset/request_access handlers exposed state-changing access operations as GET requests; the fix restricts both routes to POST. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to follow attacker-controlled content, after which requests execute with that user's Superset permissions.
