Privilege escalation via writable installer files

Improper access control in Arm product installers allows local users to execute malicious code by replacing writable installer files. The installation process executes installer content from a directory whose permissions allow a local user to modify or replace those files. Exploitation requires write access to an installer file and runs the malicious replacement with the installation process's privileges.
