Sensitive-data disclosure via unmasked debug output
Published Nov 14, 2022 · Updated Apr 30, 2025
Information disclosure in Concrete CMS 8.5.9 and earlier and 9.0.0 through 9.1.2 allows remote attackers to read server secrets. The Whoops error handler exposes unmasked $_ENV and $_SERVER values in detailed error pages instead of excluding every superglobal key. A production site must have Debug Mode enabled and return a triggered error; disclosed values can include environment secrets and server details.
