Message disclosure via undeleted IndexedDB logs

Information disclosure in Wire 3.22.3993 and earlier on Windows allows local users to read deleted chat messages via IndexedDB logs. The Wire client retains message content in AppData\Roaming\Wire\IndexedDB\https_app.wire.com_0.indexeddb.leveldb after deletion, leaving log records readable until database transfer. Access requires local low-privilege access to the Windows profile; the consequence is temporary confidentiality loss of deleted conversations without integrity or availability impact.
