CVE-2022-43666

Local information disclosure via uncleared debug data

Published Nov 14, 2023 · Updated Aug 30, 2024

Information exposure in Intel Unison before 20.14.5683.0 allows local users to read sensitive system data from uncleared debug information. The software retains sensitive system information in debug data instead of clearing it after use; Intel has not identified the responsible component. Exploitation requires an authenticated local account, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
