Credential disclosure via flawed httpd authentication

Information disclosure in TP-Link TL-WR940N 6_211111 3.20.1(US) allows network-adjacent attackers to read stored credentials. The TCP port 80 httpd service incorrectly implements its authentication algorithm, exposing credential data without validating the requester's identity. No authentication is required, but the attacker must reach the router from an adjacent network; the disclosed credentials enable further compromise.
