Application crash via uninitialized Zfile tile buffer

NULL pointer dereference in OpenImageIO 2.4.4.2 allows remote attackers to crash image-processing applications via a crafted input file. ZfileOutput::open can reject an invalid tiled specification before allocating m_tilebuffer, but close still passes the empty buffer to write_scanlines and dereferences its null data pointer in release builds. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled image data or specification to be used for Zfile output; the resulting process crash interrupts the consuming application.
