Code execution via wrapped IFF row counter

Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenImageIO 2.4.4.2 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted ImageOutput object. In IFFOutput::close(), a UINT8 image with ymax set to 0xFFFF makes the uint16_t row counter wrap to zero and write past its heap buffer. Exploitation requires attacker control of the input file or image specification used to create an RLE-compressed IFF output.
