Code execution via wrapping IFF tile loop

Heap buffer overflow in OpenImageIO 2.4.4.2 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted image specification for IFF output. In IFFOutput::close, a uint16_t x-coordinate loop uses an inclusive comparison, wraps after xmax reaches 0xFFFF, and writes beyond its per-tile heap vector. Reachability requires an application to generate RLE-compressed UINT8 IFF output from an attacker-controlled input file or ImageOutput specification.
