Code execution via undersized IFF padding buffer

Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenImageIO 2.4.4.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted ImageOutput object. IFFOutput allocates scratch space without accounting for alignment padding, then writes padded UINT8 tile data past the heap buffer. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled image dimensions and UINT8 output data to reach IFF creation, and successful corruption grants code execution in the consuming process.
