Unauthenticated denial of service via BMP close recursion

NULL pointer dereference in OpenImageIO 2.4.4.2 allows remote attackers to cause service interruption via crafted BMP output inputs. BmpOutput::close() can recurse through write_scanline when tiled output has a scanline index beyond the image height, exhausting the stack and crashing the process. Exploitation requires control of the input image or output specification reaching BMP writing; impact is denial of service only.
