Windows crash via null pointer pool free

Null pointer dereference in CBFS Filter 20.0.8317 allows local users to crash Windows via a crafted I/O request packet. The handle_ioctl_0x830a0_systembuffer path derives a Unicode-string length from the request, creates a null buffer for a zero length, and passes that pointer to ExFreePoolWithTag. Access to the driver device link and IOCTL 0x830A0 is required; successful exploitation causes a Windows blue-screen crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
