Missing authorization in IBM Content Navigator 3.0.0 through 3.0.12 allows remote authenticated users to load external plug-ins and execute code. The registration workflow loads Java classes from an administrator-supplied remote JAR URL; IBM has not disclosed which authorization check is absent. An authenticated account must reach the web administration function, and successful abuse runs attacker-supplied plug-in code in the application server context.
