CVE-2022-43579Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via Web UI script injection

Published Feb 17, 2023 · Updated Mar 12, 2025

Stored XSS in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in another user's trusted Web UI session. IBM identifies the Web UI as the injection locus but does not disclose the input field, endpoint, or missing neutralization operation. Affected 6.0.0.0 through 6.0.3.7 and 6.1.0.0 through 6.1.2.0 builds require low-privileged access and a second user's interaction, exposing credentials without affecting availability.
