Reflected XSS via unsanitized dashboard result output
Published Dec 5, 2022 · Updated Apr 24, 2025
Reflected XSS in Concrete CMS before 8.5.10 and 9.0.0 through 9.1.2 allows remote attackers to execute script via dashboard input. The result-dashboard template renders a text-field value into HTML without output encoding, so attacker-supplied markup is interpreted by the browser. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted dashboard result page; script execution can read or alter data available to that browser session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=Fixed in Concrete CMS 8.5.10 and Concrete CMS 9.1.3
