Authenticated code execution via malformed EndTime parameter

Improper input validation in Siemens SICAM Q100, P850, and P855 firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute code or reboot devices. The HTTPS web interface on port 443 processes an attacker-controlled EndTime request parameter without proper validation, allowing malformed values to reach unsafe parsing logic. A valid authenticated session is required; successful exploitation can run arbitrary code on the appliance or crash it and trigger an automatic reboot.
