Authentication bypass in HPE Aruba Networking EdgeConnect SD-WAN Orchestrator 9.2.1.40179 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to bypass MFA. The legacy /gms/rest/authentication/login API endpoint accepts a valid username and password without enforcing the configured second authentication step. The affected configuration must expose that endpoint and have MFA enabled; access obtained carries the permissions of the compromised account.
