Unauthenticated maintenance-mode bypass via spoofed client IP

Authentication bypass in affected Zabbix Frontend releases allows remote attackers to access maintenance-mode sites via a forged header. CWebUser::getIp() prefers the untrusted HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR value over REMOTE_ADDR, so the maintenance allowlist evaluates an attacker-supplied address. Maintenance mode and an IP allowlist must be enabled; the bypass grants unauthenticated frontend access otherwise denied by source IP.
