External file-name control in Siemens Automation License Manager and TeleControl Server Basic allows remote attackers to move license files. The unauthenticated rename operation accepts a user-chosen destination and executes the resulting file move with SYSTEM privileges. Remote service access is required; Automation License Manager 6.0 SP2 and later disable remote connections by default.
