SSRF via default XML external entity parsing

Blind XXE in the UCS module of Zoho Corporation ManageEngine OpManager 12.6.168 allows remote attackers to induce SSRF. UCSDiscovery.getDetails passes an attacker-controlled device response to XmlUtil.createDocument, whose default DocumentBuilder settings permit external entities. Exploitation requires the Add UCS action against an attacker-controlled device and can make the server request restricted internal resources.
