CVE-2022-43435Network attack vector

Stored XSS via build-step CSP disablement

Published Oct 19, 2022 · Updated May 8, 2025

Stored XSS in Jenkins 360 FireLine Plugin 1.7.2 and earlier allows attackers to execute scripts through user-controlled served files. The checked Open access to HTML with JS or CSS option in the Execute FireLine build step globally clears Content-Security-Policy for DirectoryBrowserSupport content. Reachability requires that step to run and no Resource Root URL to be configured; users who control workspace or artifact files can then target browsers that open them.
