Stored XSS via global CSP override

Stored XSS in NeuVector Vulnerability Scanner Plugin 1.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through controlled files. NeuVectorBuilder.perform overwrites the controller-wide hudson.model.DirectoryBrowserSupport.CSP property when the build step runs, weakening protection for workspace and archived artifact content. Exploitation requires control of a served file and a victim to open it; Resource Root URL configurations are unaffected.
