Credential disclosure via retained DAST site-profile secrets

Information disclosure in GitLab EE allows remote authenticated users with project access to obtain DAST site-profile credentials. The DastSiteProfile model fails to delete encrypted request headers and passwords when a profile's target or authentication URL changes, so a later scan sends the retained secrets to the replacement endpoint. A Developer in an Ultimate-tier project can redirect the profile to an attacker-controlled server and receive the headers, username, and password without changing those secret fields.
